A federal lawsuit against USAW Swimming claims the organization did not do enough to protect former athlete, Amanda Le, from alleged rape and sexual assault. The lawsuit names former Olympic coach, Joseph Bernal, as the man behind these allegation, and the lawsuit claims he’s a “known child rapist”.
Le’s attorney, Jon Little, joins FOX59 live to discuss Bernal’s history, why there are complaints against USAW Swimming and other, and why Le decided to file now.
