    Shark nets were introduced in New South Wales, Australia, in 1937 in an attempt to prevent shark attacks on surfers and beachgoers.

    But in recent years, they have been the subject of much dispute. Critics say they’re outdated, ineffective, and harmful to marine life, while the state government says they keep people safe.

    Two men with close encounters with sharks – shark bite survivor Marshall Flanagan and drone pilot Jason Iggleden – share their experiences and weigh in on the debate.

    The Bedford New Hampshire Police and Fire Department were both called out when a moose got stuck during his afternoon swim. They pulled the pool cover back so the animal could get out, which he calmly did while giving the camera some side eye. Because the moose seemed unharmed and non-threatening, officers let him go, but they warn that moose can be dangerous. Inside Edition Digital has more.

    Two former employees of the swim school filed a lawsuit Monday in Oakland County Circuit Court. Both women were informed in August by the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office that they were secretly recorded while changing in a swim school stall. They say they were required to change into swim school uniforms in a community changing area.
