These individuals who were visiting from mainland Greater Vancouver Area are amongst a large number of YAHOO’s who do not know how to swim, are doing Water Sports that require a Personal Floatation Device (PFD) to be worn when in the water, operating a Watercraft, and almost cost one of them their life. I have heard they were all piling onto one (1) Stand Up Paddle Board like it was a Refugee Immigration Boat, and one of them sunk to the bottom unable to swim, with no PFD.
