Children living with disabilities are set to benefit from the Angel Aquatic Foundation program which seeks to increase the number of disabled participants into the sport of swimming. The ten-year program that will use the Elite swimming gym in Ntinda as its main recruitment center was today launched at a function graced by a number of government dignitaries.
