Me, Jack, Kieran and Dolly flew to Dubai so we could continue to train with the UK under Tier 4 COVID-19 restrictions in place since Christmas. We spent the first day training at the Epic Hamdan Pool with Max and working out in the hotel gym.

The Russian covered the distance in 2:00.16 seconds and set a new World Record, beating Haiyang Qin, who clinched the silver medal, and the previous world record holder Marco Koch who took the bronze.
