    We speak to Olympian Keri-anne Payne and our Swim Doctor, Tracy White who is based at Charlton Lido, about how to maintain your swimming fitness while we are in Lockdown.

    The talk covers exercises linked to strengthening the key muscle group areas associated with breathing, body position, and propulsion, to ensure you are in good shape to be able to return to swimming when pools reopen.
