    YouTuber and active-duty U.S. Navy sailor Austen Alexander regularly invites athletes, bodybuilders, and influencers onto his channel to put their functional fitness through its paces via a series of rigorous military fitness tests. In his most recent video, Alexander is joined by former Olympic swimmer, gold medalist, and world record breaker Markus Rogan. He challenges Rogan to take on the U.S. Navy SEALs physical screening test (PST), which comprises five events:

    – 500-yard swim
    – pushups
    – situps
    – pullups
    – 1.5-mile run
