Someone using a Bodyblade vibration and inertia training tool during swim training at the FINA 2012 World Championships (25m) in Istanbul, Turkey. Never seen that thing in use before, very interesting.
I filmed it also, to show how it works … and then there is a short glimpse of the big screen being booted in recovery mode :-)
