    “Shrugging off snow and temperatures around zero, a group of men gathered on London’s Hampstead Heath at the weekend to dive into an icy swimming pond. This particular group of enthusiasts refer to themselves as the EGLST, an acronym for the East German Ladies Swimming Team, a riff on the testosterone-laden doping scandal that surrounded that team’s gold medal sweep at the 1976 Olympics. And I decided to metal it up \m/. The song we used was from a band we interviewed here on this channel, the bands name is Rotting Decay and the song used is “Slaves to Stagnation”.”
