It’s 20 degrees outside, and enthusiasts are using it as an opportunity to jump into an ice cold lake. For the last two decades, a city in Finland has dug up a massive hole out of a frozen lake and held a national swimming competition. Swimmers then soak themselves in hot water set at 86 degrees, or warm up in a sauna. One swimmer says the feeling afterwards is what makes it all worth it. InsideEdition.com’s Lisa Voyticki has more.
