Post swimming career, she no longer felt pressured to ingest dairy products and decided to ditch them to help her stomach issues and severe allergies. Her instincts were right all along—dairy wasn’t helping her performance, it was weighing her down.

    In this video, I can honestly say that we explored one of the most spectacular places that I’ve seen in my entire life! I’m a big fan of freediving caves and sinkholes and getting to explore previously unknown sinkholes is such a treat for me! We go to 3 sinkholes in this video that have been scuba dived extensively but they haven’t been explored by freedivers. What we found was something pretty incredible!

    Relive the 4x200m freestyle relay from the 2018 FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) in Hangzhou. The Brazilian men’s team, consisting of Luiz Melo, Fernando Scheffer, Leanardo Santos, and Breno Correia upset Russia, China, and the USA, and with a winning effort from Lane 7 took the gold and crushed the previous World Record mark of 6:49.04 set by Russia back in 2010 with a new World Record time of 6:46.81.
