After 6 amazing weeks of racing in Budapest, the International Swimming League has come to a close. On this week’s Propulsion Swimming Podcast we review the final and ISL as a whole.

Winter Swimming – Key Things You Need to Know About the Joys of Cold Water Swims
I decided to do a short guide to winter swimming while going for my morning swim in Ullswater. With over a decade of winter swimming behind me, I’m a great believer in just going out and enjoying the experience in whatever way makes you happy. Short dip in wetsuit or longer swim in skins. As long as you swim regularly and don’t overdo it. Winter swimming is an incredible experience and I hope this video gets that across.

Insane drone video reveals huge hammerhead shark circling clueless swimmer in Florida
Everyone knows sharks fill the water off Florida’s coast and many choose to get in the water anyway.
What you might not expect to find though is a 10-foot long hammerhead shark circling an unsuspecting swimmer.
A drone video taken by Jason McIntosh on Nov. 15 in Miami Beach, Florida shows just that.
