    As you’ll know I’ve put a big focus on my swimming recently. It’s my weakest of the 3 disciplines so I’ve been doing a lot of work to try & improve in that area. We’d already tried a lot of things but now we’ve been increasing the volume as well as the quality of work and it’s slowly starting to pay off. In this video I talk through my weekly swim volume, things I’ve been working on and what I’m trying to improve.

Not only did she race with her previous world record time, but she also smashed it! And it doesn’t stop here, Ledecky broke her WR again at Rio 2016 setting a new world record time of 08:04​.79, which is still unbeatable.
