Henrico’s Townley Haas begins Olympic competition this week in Tokyo. The 24-year-old swimmer won a gold medal in the 2016 summer games. Haas is inspiring a new generation of swimmers at NOVA of Virginia Aquatics — where he learned to compete. NOVA is the county’s partner in the new aquatics center at Regency Square. 🏊
