    23 years after she raced at the Sydney Olympics, gold medal swimmer Susie O’Neill has broken a world record in the 50 meter butterfly at the World Aquatic Masters in Japan. Her time of 29.08 is the fastest ever in the 50 to 54 age group, and only 2 seconds slower than her career best. Susie decided to race again when she was pondering on radio how to mark her 50th birthday.
