First Oshawa Polar Bear Swim Jan 1 2013
“Great fun. Sometimes we all need to challenge ourselves. Oshawa did not have a Polar Bear Swim – so I decided to fix that. One sure way to get something done is to take action yourself. Sure taking a dive & trying a new thing is intimidating but funny thing is it usually turns out easier than you expect.”

Polar Bear Swim 2013 – Buntzen Lake
“Me, Roger and Dex completed another Polar Bear Swim at Buntzen Lake. We where the only people in the beach in the morning. It was a very cold morning and visibility was very low because of the morning fog. But it made for an interesting scenery. Cheers to another year! Happy New Year everyone! Great way to ring in 2013!”
