The next time you think about skipping a workout, you should think of Arline Minns.
Minns celebrated her 99th birthday on Wednesday at the Drew Wellness Center — after she finished the hour-long water aerobics class she attends five days a week! Minns says the secret to a long, healthy life is to simply stay active.
“If you sit home in a rocking chair in front of the television and don’t get out, you will lose it,” said Minns. “They say if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it!”
