    Back in 2005 Trans World Sport filmed with a talented Hungarian swimmer who had already won an Olympic medal at 15 years old! Daniel Gyurta has since gone on to win 3x world titles & Olympic gold in the 200m Breaststoke.

  • Sun Yang will miss Olympics if WADA hands down doping suspension

    The World Anti-Doping Agency is mulling over appealing the 22-year-old′s secret ban to the Court for Arbitration for Sport.

    If they take action, WADA may elect to penalize him under their new rules, which come into effect in 2015, and double the doping ban to four years, meaning he′ll miss the 2016 Rio Games.

    A 2-year ban will also have the same effect.

    The American military does a lot of work in the field of biomimicry, stealing designs from nature for use in new technology. After all, if you’re going to design a robot, where better to draw inspiration than from billions of years of evolution? The latest result of these efforts is the GhostSwimmer: The Navy’s underwater drone designed to look and swim like a real fish, and a liability to spook the bejeezus out of any beach goer who’s familiar with Jaws.
