The Maryland Freedom Swim is an event that celebrates the recreational use of Delmarva’s waters. 325 athletes gathered in Cambridge, Maryland to swim the width of the Choptank River. This 2 mile swim in open water is a challenge for those hearty enough to attempt it, but well worth the effort!
