A Virginia Beach high school swim team is shining a spotlight on Hampton Roads. The First Colonial High School girls swim team took home their first state title in 2019. Then they did it again in 2020. And last weekend, they made it a three-peat! Philip Townsend spoke with them today about the history-making moment.
