A 23-year-old Milwaukee man faces criminal charges for allegedly recording a teenage girl changing clothes without her knowing – with his cellphone. Tyler Lustig faces the following criminal counts:Â
– Invasion of privacy-surveillance device (victim under age 18)
– Attempt capture an intimate representation without consent (victim under age 18)According to the criminal complaint, a Cudahy police officer spoke with a citizen who reported her teenage daughter “was recorded while changing in a utility closet prior to swim practice.” This incident took place at Cudahy Middle School, where the citizen indicated a swim practice was being held. That practice was being led by Tyler Lustig who had been coaching since September 2021.
