Today on the last day of Danish Short Course Championships 2013, the Danish Coaches Association announced that its members had chosen Rikke Møller Pedersen as Danish Swimmer of the Year 2013, based on her results in the period 1 September 2013 until 31 August 2013. Highlights of the year were her World Championship title in the women’s 200 meter SC breaststroke at Istanbul 2013, and the her World record in the 200 long course breaststroke at Barcelona 2013.
