    Russian freediver Alexei Molchanov claims to have set a new Guinness World Record after plunging 80 meters (262 feet) in the icy waters of Lake Baikal in Siberia. His team claims it is the deepest ever free dive under ice.

    Bill Kirby is an Olympic gold medal-winning swimmer from Australia. He was part of the 4×200 Free Relay that won in front of the home crowd at the Sydney Games. The Australia team, with Kirby on each of them, broke that relay’s World Record 3 different times (1998, 2000, 2001).

    Bill has recently moved back to Perth and opened up a swim school & swim team: Kirby Swim.

    This episode is chuck full of amazing stories — Bill has an outstanding memory. Test sets, kick sets, Popov, Gennadi, Klimy, Thorpey, Hackey, Toddy, Don Talbot, and on and on!
