In this new type of video from Propulsion Swimming, we go through Michael Andrew’s 200m Individual Medley from the USA Swimming Olympic Trials 2021 where he was way ahead of the World Record at the 150m mark. So far in fact, that he was over a second faster than Ryan Lochte and Michael Phelps were when they were at their peak before the freestyle leg of the race.
