    Chickasaw police and other city officials are sounding the alarm to advise parents of the dangers that come with swimming unsupervised. The warning comes after a group of children was found swimming in Chickasaw’s pool while it was closed.

    It was a calm spring day when experienced outdoor swimmers and paddleboarders Frankie and Sarah-Jane headed out. As they neared the end of Penarth’s pier, they found themselves in the grip of a fierce current and strong winds that began to pull them further out to sea. Whilst Sarah-Jane was able to head back towards the shore, Frankie found herself being dragged further out.

    ‘At one point, I was two miles from the shore, I can honestly say I was the most frightened I have ever been in my life.’

    A woman has been mauled by a shark while snorkelling with the animals in the Maldives, with the shocking incident captured on camera.

    The video was recorded by freediver and underwater photographer Ibrahim Shafeeg, 37, from the Maldives who videoed his friend, 30-year-old nurse Carmen Canovas Cervello, as she swam in the clear water surrounded by sharks.

    Riley Gaines, the former collegiate swimmer who went up against Lia Thomas, is dismayed by brands endorsing transgender TikTok star, Dylan Mulvaney. Brands producing female products, like sports bras and tampons, have controversially lined up to give promotional deals to Mulvaney.

    “I find it offensive. It’s a mockery!” Gaines exclaimed. “If you watch this promo video of Dylan with the Nike apparel. He’s doing these jumping jacks and stretching. Indicating that’s how women look when we work out. That’s not what we look like!”
