There is a silver trio in Montgomery County that is currently defying the odds, trying to join the century club together. They are using swimming to stay together and full of life.
Avid swimmers always set goals and reach milestones, well this one here in Rockville Maryland is a bit different, more of a pact to make it to the century mark.
“Could you imagine a 95-year-old swimming in the morning so early? It has added years to our lives, and lives to our years,” said Seymour Herman.
