    Bo JacobsenThe Finnish Swimming Association has appointed Danish coach Bo Jacobsen as new national head coach, starting May 1st, 2013. Bo Jacobsen is renowned in Danish swimming as head coach these past 18½ years of one of the most successful swim clubs in Denmark, WestSwim later merged into Esbjerg Svømmeklub.     Scientists trained a musically inclined sea lion named Ronan to “bob her head in time with rhythmic sounds,” according to a UCSC press release. Ronan later showed that she could transfer this skill to music and tempos she hadn’t yet heard.
