    “February 16th, the day of Kim Jong Il’s birth, is a national holiday in North Korea and is known as ‘The Day of the Shining Star.’ It is celebrated with sporting activities and a mass dance as well as other commemorative events. In 2012 we captured this footage at a synchronised swimming performance during the Kim Jong Il Birthday Group Tour.”

    Freestyle swimmer Jazz Carlin believes she has come back stronger after a disappointing 2012 season.

    The Swindon-born 22-year-old was hampered by injury and illness, and missed out on qualifying for Team GB at the London Olympics.

    “I was down for quite a few months, dwelling on the fact I didn’t make it,” Carlin told BBC Wiltshire.

    As Gigi Barnett explains–she says it all starts with a 60-minute checkup.

    “All the years that I took care of my children I didn’t take care of myself the way I should have,” Phelps said. “And I thought I need to take a step forward and to be able to take a look at me.”
