A swimming pool that took the Eastern Cape sports and recreation department over 10 years to complete is still not open. According to a Ground-Up report, Mlonyeni Construction was appointed in 2008. One woman was airlifted to the Royal Perth Hospital and another man was taken to Fremantle for treatment.
