Swimming World Dives into the Future: Unveiling Digital Enhancements and More Interactive Experiences for Readers
Swimming World, the go-to source and longest-running publication on aquatic sports, today announces its revamped digital platform for subscribers. The new platform features an array of advanced interactive features that make it easier than ever for readers to engage with Swimming World’s content, ranging from audio and video capabilities, the ability to share content to social channels and email, and much more — inviting readers to have more control with how they consume aquatic sporting news, commentary, columns, and daily stories.

“We took over Swimming World with the intention of enhancing the user experience, generating more community, and putting our readers in charge,” said Jack Hallahan, Co-Owner and Publisher of Swimming World and H2Media. “We’re aiming to elevate the delivery of our content to become the most reliable publication in the sport, from trustworthy on-the-ground journalism to our expert commentary. Offering content formatted to resonate with contemporary audiences. We are giving them the ability to choose how they consume and engage with our content, evolving our platform to utilize the best available tools available in the modern digital era. While this is just the tip of the iceberg of what we have planned, these new features showcase our commitment to making a more seamless, efficient, and enjoyable experience for our dedicated subscribers.”
Swimming World’s new audio, video, and sharing features are available to all paid subscribers to the outlet’s digital publication. In addition to these interactive features, Swimming World will be collaborating with leading entities in new media by regularly reporting and recommending upcoming episodes from some of the top podcasts in aquatic sports including swimming, water polo, diving, and more. Swimming World has also expanded its team with three new hires with social media, marketing, and sales backgrounds to help support these digital initiatives, which includes a reimagining of the company’s social media approach. In the coming months, the publication plans to introduce additional tools to its digital experience and audio/video capabilities that will further arm subscribers with the ability to navigate Swimming World consumption towards their preferences.
