Jim Reiser is a good swimmer.

His students will soon be good ones too.

“Children drown without a sound,” Reiser said. “They drown quietly. They drown quickly.”

With Memorial Day weekend here, the founder of the Swim Lessons Company is preaching safety.

He said many people think they’re good swimmers when really that’s not the case.

“Especially us men,” Reiser said. “We overestimate about three times as much as women.”

Arsenal star Lukas Podolski once again demonstrated his fun side as the forward threw a jorunalist into a swimming pool at Germany’s training camp.

Podolski, 28, has developed something of a reputation as a practical joker during his time with Arsenal and here he showed why as he picked up an unsuspecting journalist and dunked him in the hotel pool.

A tweet from another journalist at the event suggested that the reporter in question was fine as was his iPhone whilst Podolski quickly ran to the other side of the pool.
