Checking my stroke and offering some technique tips to think about. Swimming in my Endless Pool, practicing in a new blueseventy wetsuit. This Helix is the same as 2015, but with slightly shorter legs for an easier/quicker transition, and also with some custom printing.
There’s lot’s of different ways to swim, but here is my take on what you could try to help your swimming. If you need to, wear flippers when practicing. Be sure not to slow down or tense up your recovery. Keep your arm relaxed and drop it into the water (not tensed and placed gently). Let me know what else you struggle with and I’ll post more specific vids. Hope this helps some one out there.. :)

Rebecca Adlington and husband Harry Needs split after 18 months of marriage
Rebecca Adlington, the former Olympic swimmer, has announced that she and her husband Harry Needs have split after just 18 months of marriage following a series of rows since the birth of their first child.
The 27-year-old double gold medallist said the separation from fellow ex-swimmer Needs, 24, was “on amicable terms” and insisted the pair “remain close friends”.
The couple tied the knot in August 2014 at a rural wedding venue in Staffordshire and Adlington gave birth to their daughter in June last year.

It’s after much thought and sadness that we confirm our separation. It is on amicable terms and we still remain close friends. We move forward with respect for one another and our focus and commitment is on parenting our gorgeous daughter Summer. This will be our only comment on this private matter.

True Tarzan Freestyle
This is some of the best footage of the Olympic champion swimmer in action, especially from underwater. In the movie the swim was speeded up–here it is slowed down so you can appreciate Johnny’s technique. Most “official” videos from competition were filmed strictly from the deck, and do not show his efficient freestyle.

Video: Olympic champion Adlington says GB swimmers will inspire in London
Mansfield’s double Olympic gold medallist Rebecca Adlington says GB swimmers could inspire a new generation of stars, with a strong performance at May’s European Aquatics Championships in London.
Adlington won gold in the 400m and 800m at the Beijing Olympic Games, before winning two bronze medals in the same events at London 2012, making her Britain’s most decorated female Olympian ever alongside rower Katherine Grainger.
Her performances in the latter were in front of a raucous home crowd and undeniably helped encourage youngsters to take up the sport.
And history could be repeated later this summer with the London Aquatics Centre Queen Elizabeth Park hosting the 2016 European Aquatics Championships.

Solo swimmer Mike Gregory completes epic 60km swim from Geelong to Brighton
A determined solo swimmer dubbed “the tractor†has completed an epic 60km swim from Geelong to Brighton.
Mike Gregory and two other swimmers set off from the sea baths in Corio Bay on Friday afternoon, but only Mr Gregory made the distance, stepping ashore in Brighton yesterday afternoon after 22 hours and 35 minutes in the water.
His two companions, Paul Hoffman and Steve Klugman succumbed to injury and fatigue and withdrew from the swim, which raised money for quadriplegic Melbourne teen Will Murray.
