Budapest #SWC19 FINA Swimming World Cup 2019 | Day 1
The men’s 400m Freestyle at the FINA Swimming World Cup 2019 in Budapest was a thrilling contest as Danas Rapsys, winner of each gold in the first cluster in the 400m, sneaked to the final in the 7th place so the Lithuanian swam outside on lane 1.
A queen never lets her subjects down and the Katinka Hosszu a.k.a. Iron Lady is such a queen. Majestically winning the Women’s 200m Butterfly at the FINA Swimming World Cup 2019 in Budapest to send the crowd into raptures! Second went to compatriot Zsuszsanna Jakabos and completing the podium, Laura Taylor of Australia.
Astonishing stuff from super-talent Kristof Milak at the 4th leg of the FINA Swimming World Cup 2019 in Budapest. Around 30 mins after medalling in the 400m Free he was back in the pool winning the 100m Fly. Another Hungarian double with Szebastian Szabo in second and Poland’s Jakub Majerski third.
Vladimir Morozov did not commit any mistake at the 4th leg of the FINA Swimming World Cup 2019 in Budapest while making 4/4 in the 50m Freestyle this season. He just copied his winning time from Tokyo where he raced tapered just some days after the World Championships so his 21.50 here (the best time based on the FINA points on Day 1) is really a worthy effort to celebrate his 100th World Cup gold medal.

“It feels like a world champs final with the people behind the blocks.â€
