Helen Beveridge – Loch Lomond Solo Swim
On the 20th of August 2016, in a time of 15 hours and 6 minutes Helen Beveridge swam the length of Loch Lomond from Ardlui to Balloch. The swim was part of the BLDSA Loch Lomond Championships and thus ratified and certified by the British Long Distance Swimming Association (BLDSA). She came in second place.

Well, that’s exactly what Greg Wittstock (USA) did to achieve the record for the most consecutive bench presses underwater, managing an amazing total of 62.
Greg’s attempt took place in St. Charles, Illinois, USA, on 1 October 2019.
