Donets has as of 20 Nov 2012 the two top male European individual performances this short course season according to SwimRankings, with his 49.49 in the 100 back and 23.12 in the 50 back from the Tokyo world cup meet, I guess somehow not yet counting Yannick Agnel’s performances from the French Nationals.
