Former swim coach Todd Sousa was recently released from prison after being convicted in February 2011 of multiple counts of having sex with a minor, but is now back behind bars again facing new charges. Incidents believed to have occurred before he was arrested and convicted in 2011, from August 2010 and February 24, 2011. Sousa used to coach for the Aquazot Swim Club and owned a swimming school with his wife, before pleading guilty in October 2011 to 13 counts of lewd acts with a child 14 or 15 years old, three counts of unlawful sexual intercourse, and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
