Swim England has announced all its remaining national events in 2020 have now been cancelled.
The decision has been taken to allow the recognised national governing body to start planning for its competitions in 2021.
It will also ensure athletes do not rush back to full fitness and potentially put themselves at the risk of injury when pools are eventually reopened.
Swim England had already called off events in all disciplines until the end of August because of the Covid-19 pandemic  – which included the National Summer Meet.

People could be seen ignoring social distancing guidelines throughout the U.S., even as the death toll nears 100,000. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.

Multiple agencies continued to search Monday for two swimmers reported missing off an Alabama beach.
The Orange Beach Police Department said Ryan Guy, 28, and Darius Robinson, 22, were reported missing Sunday evening at Alabama Point East, AL.com reported. Both men are from New Orleans.
Witnesses told police they saw two men clinging onto an inflatable device and waving for help.
The U.S Coast Guard said it was helping search from the air and on the water.
The area is known for strong rip tides. Orange Beach Surf Rescue posted on its Facebook page that yellow flags were flying at the beach Sunday, indicating for swimmers to use caution in “moderate surf/current.â€
