FINA has today announced that the 19th FINA World Championships in Fukuoka, Japan, have been rescheduled to 14-30 July 2023, with the 20th FINA World Championships in Doha, Qatar, moved to 2024.
There are three potentially hazardous physiological responses associated with going into cold water. The third is hypothermia as deep body temperature falls below 35°C, this normally takes at least 30 minutes to happen in an adult in cold water.
An early start to a varsity career is normally a testament to talent. But instead, for Niagara Wheatfield junior Paul Wissel, it started to foster some self-doubt.
