4-Year-Old Drowns in Raleigh Apartment Complex Swimming Pool | ABC11
A 4-year-old boy drowned Tuesday in a community pool, according to Raleigh Police Department.
Investigators received a call about a missing child around 7:45 a.m. from a family located in the Falls Creek Apartment Homes on Evergreen Forest Way.
Police arrived and started searching the area for the missing child. They soon found him unresponsive in the community pool located behind the apartment complex’s main office building.

Water safety is important in any body of water and if you want to learn to swim for the first time or brush up on your skills, The Salvation Army Kroc Center in Coeur d’Alene has some opportunities for you.
Adult Learn To Swim lessons at the Kroc Center started on Monday, May 8 and continue every Monday and Wednesday, 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. through May 24.
Only a few spots left, and it costs five dollars to sign up.
It’s for adults ages 18 to 50 and is open to anyone who is a beginner at swimming.
