    Medal hopeful, Kat Swanepoel is on track as she prepares for the upcoming World Para Swimming Championships which start in Manchester, England at the end of the month.

    At the previous event in Madeira, Portugal last year, Swanepoel won a silver medal in the SM4 150 metres individual medley, and a bronze in the S4 50 metres backstroke.
