    Nearly half of Hongkongers do not know how to swim. That’s one of the reasons why Libby Alexander co-founded the Splash Foundation in 2015. First starting with domestic helpers, the foundation now also teaches young people from low-income families and children with special needs. To date, Splash has taught over 6,000 people how to swim.
