The Barbados CARIFTA swim team continued preparations today at the Ursuline Convent School in Collymore Rock ahead of its departure to Martinique on Thursday, April 2.
Team manager Kay Chandler said the 31-member team remains on track despite the temporary closure of the Aquatic Centre, noting that training has continued smoothly with support from the Ministry and the use of the alternative facility. She added that the team’s final training session is scheduled for tomorrow as they get ready for competition.
