Medallists, including swimmer Siobhan Haughey and karate exponent Grace Lau, as well as table tennis players Minnie Soo, Doo Hoi-kem, and Lee Ho-ching, joined coaches and other delegation members for a ride through the city in open-top buses. Hong Kong came away with six medals at the Tokyo Games, including one gold by “Fencing God†Edgar Cheung Ka-long. The 25-year-old, who was not at the homecoming parade, was competing at the National Games in mainland China.
