Montville swimmer Abby Baukus finds teammates in Waterford
At one time, Abby Baukus was the only varsity swimmer at Montville High School. She has two teammates now, but the school still has no coach or pool, so she travels to Waterford every day to train and compete with the Lancers’ swim team.

Swimisodes – Butterfly Swim Drill – Left Right Front Drill
One of our favorite butterfly swim drill to practice is the left, right, front drill where the swimmer tries to keep the body more horizontal during the breath stroke to the front. For swimmers that are not adept at swimming butterfly and are more accustomed to swimming freestyle, this drill is a great way to get started on butterfly.

VIII MARNATON eDreams Cadaqués 2015
‘On September 19 we celebrated the eighth edition of the MARNATON eDreams Cadaqués. A spectacular day of open water that had more than 1,200 participants swimming. There were two courses: the legendary Cap de Creus-Cadaques (6.5km) and 2km swim from Caials to Cadaques. Younger also enjoyed the sea in the Marnaton Kids event.’
