Jurgen Klopp giving Liverpool players a ‘secret drink’ invented by a world champion swimmer
German publication SportBild have revealed the secret weapon which is fuelling Liverpool’s title charge: a special mineral drink developed by a former world champion swimmer.
The Reds sit proudly on top of the Premier League having won six games from six, and also saw off Paris Saint-Germain in their opening game of their Champions League campaign .
That run has got fans excited that the Reds can win the league title for the first time since 1990, with Jurgen Klopp’s men looking like the most likely challengers to Manchester City into the New Year.
And former swimmer Mark Warnecke is key to the optimism around the club.
