Lawyers said the measures taken against national swimmers Joseph Schooling and Amanda Lim for cannabis consumption are appropriate. Schooling, who is serving National service, will undergo a six-month supervised urine test regime, while Lim has been issued a stern warning by the Central Narcotics Bureau.
