Sea Swimming to Escape – Melodie’s Story | Golden Summer | Sigma Sports

Just before lockdown in March 2020, Melodie moved to a house just a stone’s throw from the sea. She was lucky to have such an amenity on her doorstep and recognizes the well-documented mental health benefits of cold water swimming.
