Brampton offering to teach adults how to ‘swim to survive’ – and it’s free

Brampton is becoming the first municipality in Canada to offer Swim to Survive 14+ – a free, three-lesson drowning prevention program for local adults and teens that could save their lives.

The program offers three one-hour lessons that will teach adults and teens how to survive an accidental fall into water. It will be offered this winter at recreation centre pools.
