Australia’s “Lethal” Leisel Jones is back with a vengeance, with a 100 meter short course breaststroke world record of 1:03.00 at the FINA World Cup 2009 meet in Berlin, where USA’s Jessica Hardy’s world record from last year was 1:03.72.
