Part of this weekend’s “TrÃ¦ner 2” basic coaching course here in the Faroe Islands. Here 15 second max sprints back and forth (me skipping the last repeat because I suck miserably at speed and changes of direction). Then 4 x 1 min ‘lactate tolerance’, and then 3 x 3 min endurance. All this so that we could try on our own bodies how it feels, and now we do. Ouch.
